As a massage therapist I believe deeply in the power of touch and its an essential part of a balanced self care routine. My approach is to deliver a service that heals and calms both the body and mind. I combine relaxing techniques to effectively soften tension. I work slowly engaging with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. I enjoy focusing on areas of the body to melt away the stress so you feel totally relaxed.
